Windy Hollow Biscuit House and Museum

Opened in 2022

Windy Hollow owner, Evelyn "Rooster" Miller and her daughter, Hallie McCarty, opened the Windy Hollow Biscuit House in May, 2022.

The Biscuit House is located in the heart of the city just next to Wesleyan Park Plaza, the oldest shopping center in Owensboro.

The Biscuit House has changed their format and menu over and over to make sure they offer what the customers want. The first 2 months saw daily menu changes!

Now open 6 days a week, the Biscuit House has become a go-to place for breakfast, lunch, lattes, and a place to host parties and groups.

Our Buffet

When opened, Rooster and Hallie wanted to do something different than the buffet, as was the tradition since the 1960's at Windy Hollow.

Very quickly, customers expressed their desire for the buffet! So, just 4 months after opening, a buffet was added.

There is now our menu and buffet every day except Monday.

A smaller breakfast buffet than our weekend buffet is available Tues-Friday. Our classic "Country Ham Breakfast Buffet" is available on Saturday and Sunday.
